Early pick up from Kigali and Transfer to Akagera National Park
Upon your arrival at the airport, our designated driver-guide will be present to meet and provide you with a comprehensive briefing regarding the itinerary for your 3-day tour. Subsequently, we will embark on a 2.5-hour journey from Kigali to the park. Alternatively, if you are already situated in Kigali, our driver-guide will pick you from your hotel after breakfast and transport you to the Kayonza district in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. During the journey to Akagera National Park, you will have the opportunity to experience planned en-route stopovers, allowing you to appreciate the stunning scenery. Our driver-guide will be available to answer any questions you may have and can even accommodate requests for photographic stopovers. Upon arrival at the park, you will check-in to your pre-booked safari accommodation at the lodge and order your lunch. Following this, you will embark on a sunset boat ride on Lake Ihema, providing you with the chance to observe aquatic mammals such as hippos and crocodiles in the lake or on the shores. After the excursion, you will return to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Early pick up (4:30) from Kigali - Transfer to Volcanoes NP (Musanze) and back to Kigali + Departure
You will be pick from your hotel promptly at 4:30 am and transported to Musanze, a region renowned for its Mountain Gorillas, Golden monkeys, and hiking opportunities. During the journey, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the Rwandan landscapes and witness the sunrise. Upon arrival in Musanze, you will proceed to the Park headquarters in Kinigi, where you will meet your knowledgeable guides for the day. Once the necessary park formalities have been completed, you will embark on a truly unforgettable experience of trekking the renowned Golden monkeys. You will have the privilege of observing these magnificent creatures for one hour as they go about their daily activities. After concluding your extraordinary encounter, you will be transported back to Kigali. Along the way, there will be an opportunity for souvenir shopping in the city.
